Description: What you'll be doing Another Source's client, Sabey Data Centers, is recruiting a Data Center Operations Technician to join their team in Quincy, Washington. This is an opportunity to work hands-on in a 24/7, mission-critical data center environment, supporting the reliable operation of infrastructure that powers global technology platforms. Schedule: Training will take place on first shift for approximately 90 days. Upon successful completion of training, you'll be assigned to either a 12-hour day shift (8:00 AM-8:00 PM) or a 12-hour night shift (8:00 PM-8:00 AM) based on business needs. About this role The Data Center Operations Technician is a hands-on role responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of a 24/7 data center campus that includes both technical and administrative spaces. The facility features state-of-the-art redundant power and environmental systems, requiring attention to detail, strong situational awareness, and a commitment to operational excellence. Reporting to the Data Center Assistant Operations Manager, this role works closely with technicians, engineers, and external partners to maintain uptime, respond to alarms, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized operating environment. This role is well suited for someone with general maintenance or technical aptitude who wants to build a long-term career in data center operations with exposure to critical infrastructure and clear paths for advancement.
