Job Description You will be a core member of new product introduction (NPI) programs and supporting existing production tooling. You will be responsible for the project management of new/replacement injection mold tooling and processes to production in support of Business Unit's and Operation's strategic objectives. You will work on intercompany projects of medium / high complexity and scope and may perform multiple and parallel activities across projects. You will work with others on project issues to develop various resolution options. As well, you will lead and work with technical resources on inter-functional projects to achieve key factors of project success, which include; project schedule, project cost, product cost, process / product quality, and transferability to manufacturing. You will apply engineering skills in determining technical goals of assignments while establishing and implementing corrective action plans where necessary. You will report to the Team Lead, NA Fabrication Services - Plastics and work hybrid out of our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. Your Responsibilities:
