Job Summary

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. This role includes operating reach trucks and other material handling equipment, completing order fulfillment activities, performing inbound material put-away, and maintaining productivity and quality standards within a warehouse environment. The Warehouse Operator must work collaboratively with team members, follow established procedures, and maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities




  • Pick, pack, and complete dealer and customer orders safely and efficiently



  • Perform put-away of inbound materials according to established procedures and productivity expectations



  • Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively



  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards



  • Ensure order accuracy and support zero-error operational goals



  • Participate in safety, quality, environmental, and continuous improvement initiatives



  • Communicate issues, discrepancies, or operational concerns promptly to Supervisors or Managers



  • Work collaboratively and professionally with warehouse team members



  • Follow company policies, work rules, and standards of conduct



  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance



  • Manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent operational requests



  • Work flexible schedules, including overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed



  • Follow instructions from supervisory and management personnel




Job Requirements




  • Prior reach truck experience required



  • High school diploma or GED preferred



  • 3-6 months of related warehouse or material handling equipment experience preferred



  • Ability to pass a basic skills assessment, including reading and mathematics



  • Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions



  • English proficiency required, as all documentation is maintained in English



  • Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed



  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety



  • Ability to operate heavy industrial equipment, including forklifts




Work Experience




  • Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred



  • Experience operating reach trucks or similar material handling equipment required

Additional Job Details (Commute, Attendance, etc.)




  • Location: Justin, TX



  • Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour



  • Shift Openings:




    • 3 openings: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM



    • 3 openings: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM






Physical Requirements




  • Frequently lift up to 25 lbs



  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs



  • Rarely lift up to 75 lbs



  • Frequently reach with hands and arms



  • Stand, walk, sit, crouch, balance, and move throughout the warehouse environment



  • Use hands to operate tools and equipment



  • Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet on raised platforms



  • Vision corrected to 20/40 and adequate hearing ability required
