As a Forklift Operator on our team, you will be at the heart of our distribution operations, ensuring our world-class beauty products are ready to be sent out to our customers. Reporting to the Picking Operations Supervisor in our Luxe Division, you will play a key role in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of our Monmouth Junction facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Warehouse Operations: Receiving and auditing goods, putting away products into the warehouse, and replenishing pick areas to maintain inventory flow.
  • Order Fulfillment: Physically picking, packing, and preparing customer orders with precision and care, ensuring accuracy through audits.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operating powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and using RF scanners and SAP to manage inventory and process orders efficiently.
  • Safety & Compliance: Championing our safety culture by adhering to all standards, participating in safety initiatives, and ensuring a safe and orderly work environment.
We Are Looking For

You could be the perfect fit for this role if you are a reliable and safety-conscious individual with a can-do attitude. We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a proactive team player, willing to learn and contribute to multiple areas of the warehouse.
  • Has strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Is comfortable with technology, with general computer knowledge (SAP is a plus).
  • Can safely lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs and work overtime, including weekends, when needed.

For this role, we find that the most relevant skills are Health & Safety Compliance, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, Use of Technology (SAP/RF), and Teamwork.
