Provide impactful leadership by guiding the clinical programming, educational support, and staff training initiatives that help students and teams thrive.
What You'll Do:
- Provide clinical and educational leadership for a caseload of students, ensuring individualized programming supports meaningful progress across school and residential settings.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop direct care and educational staff through ongoing coaching, performance feedback, modeling, and hands-on training.
- Collaborate closely with families, interdisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders to promote consistent, student-centered support and positive outcomes.
- Apply current research and evidence-based practices in ABA and special education to guide effective treatment and educational programming.
- Monitor student progress and proactively adjust clinical and educational interventions to ensure programs remain effective, individualized, and data driven.
- Conduct and interpret behavioral assessments to develop, implement, and refine behavior support plans and clinical recommendations.
- Participate in direct clinical observations and provide ongoing oversight of program implementation within both school and residential environments.
What You'll Need:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with required supervision credentials.
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA)
- Experience in providing staff training and supervision
- NECC CALM training - Physical and Verbal De-escalation training
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
