Job Summary:
The First Year Experience Advising Manager oversees advising-related programming for newly admitted business students. This role is responsible for developing and implementing advising strategies for students admitted through multiple pathways, including our direct admission pathway and the pre-business admission process. The manager also designs and supports programming for specific student populations, such as students who are exploring or deciding on a major. In addition, the role also provides advising to a caseload of admitted business students including maintaining advising records, contributing to advising and transition initiatives, and ensuring students receive accurate, timely, and holistic support. This work supports student retention and timely degree completion while fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment. Key Job Responsibilities:
