As a Security Officer Visitor Registration in Lake Mary, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location as a Front Desk professional, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors. You will support access management, monitor front desk activity, and help address security-related concerns with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control duties, and front desk-related support in a professional manner.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and visitor credentials, and help to deter unauthorized entry through approved sign-in and badging processes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.
• Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, and direct guests, deliveries, and contractors according to location protocols and technology-focused workplace procedures.
• Prepare logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and report unusual activity and/or security-related concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
