Operations Coordinator (Tulsa, OK)in GAC Tulsa Unique Skills: Position for 2nd Shift but must be willing to work any shift as needed. Overtime as needed. Coordinator postion responsibility will be supporting bond shop operations on second shift which include composite layup bonding, ply cutting operations through Gerber, and composite curing through ovens and autoclaves. Candidate should be knowledgeable of all areas being supported and have the ability to work in the production area. Must be able to obtain all the required certifications applicable to the job role which may include operations of machines, forklift, and overhead cranes. Must possess strong communication skills. Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. 4 years of related manufacturing assembly or aircraft maintenance experience. Q-stamp preferred.
Position Purpose:
The Operations Coordinator is considered an extension of leadership and performs under the direction of the Operations Manager, Department Coordinator, or Aircraft Coordinator if appropriate. This position is a working coordinator who is responsible for various duties as assigned, including but not limited to, providing Technical leadership throughout the day to day activities, Training, and Daily Work Plan development and execution.
