Quality Chemical Laboratories (QCL) is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical testing and manufacturing lab in Wilmington, NC. We are seeking an experienced HR/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of HR experience, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding new employees, benefit administration, and compliance with labor laws. Applicants should also possess strong interpersonal, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. This position would also include general office/administrative duties. Experience with ADP and Employee Navigator systems is a plus.
