Vice President - Health Engagement and Outcomes

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for aVice President,Health Engagement and Outcomes- Health Transformation within our National Health Transformation Team (HTT).

The National Health Transformation Team is part of Aon's Human Capital US practice. We are looking for an experienced consultant with a desire and ability to create and support overall population health solutionsand outcomesfor employers! The team consists of population health, wellbeing, and clinicalexperts that consult with clients toidentifygaps and integrated care opportunities and deliver solutions to improve health outcomes, the member experience, and reduce costs.

This is a virtual/hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from one of our US offices.

What the day will look like

The HTT works with Aon employer clients nationally and globally to support andsolve fortheir clinical and delivery system needs. We serve as subject matter experts on client engagements, projects, strategy design, sales, and tool/solution development. Our days are spent meeting with and delivering solutions for employer clients and collaborating internally across Aon's business units to improve health, affordability, access, employee experience, safety, and productivity.

• Develop, drive, and execute client facing projects focused on clinical engagement, health improvement initiatives, care navigation and advocacy, and success metric work
• Ability to develop, lead, perform and overseehealth engagement and outcomesconsulting work streamsincluding:comprehensivestrategy and roadmap development,data analysis,employee sensing,program design,vendor/solutionevaluationand implementation,advisory forAonsuite ofclinical andpopulation healthanalytic solutions,andmeasurement strategyand execution,
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external resources toidentifycritical product/tool/offer development opportunities tooptimizeour clients'investment inhealth engagement andperformancefor their workforce.
• Create scalable solutions with the power of data analytics to provide evidence-based health solutions for clients that improve health and productivity while positivelyimpactingthe bottom line
• Build effective marketing approaches toshowcasethese differentiators in the marketplace
• Support creation and communication of thought leadership through the marketing of new products and tools
• Develop and deliver materials and education for internal and external partners and buyers
• Collaborate delivery via articles, interviews, white papers, and speaking engagements
• People management of other health transformation team members is a possibility and mentoring is expected.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Minimum of 15+years of health industry and/or consultingexperience
• Demonstrated client, people, and business leadership
• Experience inall aspectsofpopulation health consultinglife cycle
• Demonstrated experience in the development and delivery of new products and offerings
• Deep health care knowledge, including strong knowledge of the health market and industry, plans, case management,utilizationmanagement, vendors, special interest groups, professional organizations
• Knowledge and application of clinical, non-clinical and business measurement
• Proventrack recordof successfully developing a consulting approach, creating the expert team, anddisseminatingout to market consultants
• Strong people management skills
• Broad-base thinker with solid understanding of the overall approach to population health for employers
• Strong communicationskills

Education:

• Bachelor's degree inhealth-related field with strong emphasis in clinicalanalytics.Master's degree preferred.

Pay Transparency Laws:

Thesalary rangefor this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is$160,000.00 to $215,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.The salary range reflected is based on a primary work locationofChicago, IL. This position is eligible toparticipatein one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
