Senior Recruiting Coordinator

Zeno is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Recruiting Coordinator to help deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring experience while supporting the efficiency and scalability of our recruiting operations. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate and optimize recruiting processes, support hiring initiatives, and ensure a seamless experience from candidate engagement through onboarding.

In this role you will:


  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a professional, timely, and high-touch candidate experience
  • Coordinate complex interview scheduling across multiple teams, time zones, and leadership calendars while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support full-cycle recruiting operations and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
  • Co-own and maintain applicant tracking system (e.g., Breezy HR) to ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and reporting integrity
  • Support recruiting operations processes including requisition creation, job posting management, interview logistics, offer coordination, and candidate experience initiatives throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, candidate communications, scheduling updates, and weekly hiring meeting documentation while ensuring organization and attention to detail
  • Track recruiting activity, hiring metrics, and pipeline data to provide reporting insights and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Partner with hiring teams to support interviewer readiness by coordinating interview training resources, sharing best practices, and helping drive consistency and effectiveness across the interview process
  • Help improve and scale recruiting processes, workflows, and documentation to support organizational growth and operational excellence
  • Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, onsite interviews, and team-hosted candidate experiences as needed
  • Build strong working relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Support recruiting initiatives and projects, including employer branding efforts, maintaining service-level agreement (SLA) for timely interview feedback submission, and recruiting program enhancements

Key Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 4+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition support experience
  • Experience supporting high-volume and/or technical recruiting environments preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (e.g., Breezy HR, Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve scheduling or process challenges
  • Experience in startup, aerospace, defense, or other fast-paced/high-growth industries preferred
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and continuously improving processes and systems

Job Functions


  • Position requires in-office presence in Seattle (South Lake Union) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, remote work is optional on Mondays and Fridays
  • Travel: Travel is required, <10%
  • Motor Abilities: Sitting and/or standing for extended periods, bending/stooping, grasping/gripping, fine motor control (hands)
  • Physical exertion and/or requirements: Minimal, with ability to safely lift up to 15 pounds
  • Repetitive work: Prolonged
  • Special Senses: Visual and audio focused work
  • Work Conditions: Stairs, typing/keyboard, standard and/or sitting working environment of >8 hrs./day

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary band for this position is $80,000-$95,000. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and other business considerations.
