APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments and quality checks Review production data to identify areas on non-conformance and implement modifications as necessary Prepare status reports Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling Ensure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properly Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur Work independently with moderate supervision Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of experience with hand tools in an assembly or production role Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel What Sets You Apart: Vocational or technical training Visual acuity and manual dexterity Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment Good verbal and written communication skills Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MRP skills Open to learning new software and processes Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
