This is a salaried position paying between $110K-$118K depending on experience. All candidates must be local and available to work in Warren 3 days per week-no exceptions. Automotive website experience with ad agency experience is higly preferred.

Aquent is partnering with a prominent automotive client to find a dynamic and visionary leader to transform their digital presence. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of defining and enhancing the online journey for customers, directly impacting how millions discover, research, and engage with our products. Your expertise will shape world-class digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and compelling brand experience that drives innovation and sets new industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive the digital customer experience strategy across key digital channels, including websites and digital asset development.

* Define features and functionality to effectively communicate product and brand narratives.

* Manage day-to-day processes and timelines, coordinating with production and creative agencies to meet launch dates.

* Lead multiple external agency teams in executing digital strategy.

* Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues and internal business partners to continuously improve the website and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Champion the user experience by applying industry best practices, usability research, and customer insights throughout design and development.

* Effectively manage and collaborate with diverse cross-functional partners within a large organization.

* Assist in managing the digital budget.

* Establish and track KPIs, regularly reviewing analytics to provide actionable insights.

* Drive ongoing digital optimization initiatives, including A/B testing and targeted campaigns.

* Oversee usability studies, competitive reviews, and benchmarking studies.

* Prioritize features and bug fixes based on business needs and value.

* Lead global collaboration to foster innovation and optimize digital experiences across international markets.

* **Content Strategy and Management:**

* Manage the development of product overview pages and shopping tools.

* Oversee the annual platform update rollout across the website.

* Lead website development to support new product reveals and launches.

* Manage digital asset development processes with vendor partners and internal stakeholders.

* Lead content research and optimization for websites and other digital platforms.

* Provide brand retail support to optimize offers, incentives, and retail communications.

* Manage partner coordination for digital integrations.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

* 6+ years of digital marketing experience with deep knowledge of user experience (UX) design.

* Proven digital product management experience on high-traffic consumer-facing websites.

* Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

* A passion for the digital space, strong knowledge of digital trends, and a capacity for innovation.

* Experience working with digital content management systems.

* Direct experience collaborating with technology teams and developers to bring concepts to life.

* Technical and experience design aptitude to quickly grasp complex technical issues and communicate effectively with technical teams and designers.

* Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and translating user insights into site improvements.

* Strong analytical skills to interpret site metrics and formulate recommended actions.

* Experience leading multiple agency partners and collaborating to achieve a shared vision.

* Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across a large organization.

* Demonstrated understanding of digital creative, digital media, and measurement.

* Experience working globally across markets and partnering with international colleagues to ensure brand consistency.

* Capacity to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.

* Experience managing budgets.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
