Digital Personalization Manager

Location: Remote (EST Hours)

The Opportunity: Are you obsessed with creating "wow" moments for customers? We are looking for a visionary leader to bridge the gap between data science and user experience. As our Personalization Lead, you won't just manage tools; you will architect the future of how our customers interact with our brand across web and mobile platforms.

What You'll Do (Essential Responsibilities):

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define and lead the long-term personalization roadmap, turning complex data into seamless, high-converting digital journeys.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between Product Owners, Analytics, and Creative teams to translate business goals into technical requirements.
  • Experimentation Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of A/B and Multivariate (MVT) testing, from hypothesis generation to post-test analysis.
  • Platform Mastery: Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our MarTech stack, ensuring we are leveraging the full power of tools like Adobe Target, Dynamic Yield, or Salesforce.
  • Team Orchestration: Lead a high-performing squad to execute campaigns, troubleshoot technical hurdles, and ensure flawless deployment.
  • Insight-to-Action: Work closely with Analytics to build robust tracking frameworks and present clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • The Veteran: 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
  • The Tech-Savvy Strategist: Deep, hands-on experience with industry-standard platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, Pega, or SFMC).
  • The Communicator: You can explain a complex "Next Best Action" algorithm to a non-technical stakeholder just as easily as you can discuss API integrations with a developer.
  • The Problem Solver: You thrive in the "grey area" and can pivot strategies based on regulatory changes or market shifts.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of equivalent digital experience.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in Agile environments and working with Jira/Confluence.
  • A background in highly regulated industries (e.g., FinTech, Healthcare, or Insurance).
  • Familiarity with AI/Machine Learning applications in content delivery.
