General Summary of the Position: The Department of Biomedical & Nutritional Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Lowell seeks applications for a part-time Adjunct Instructor for the 2026-2027 academic year. During the Fall 2026 semester, responsibilities will consist of developing a new 3-credit combined undergraduate/graduate Advanced Histology Laboratory (BMSC.4530/5530) course. During the Spring 2027 semester responsibilities will consist of managing and teaching the course. This is a non-benefited, contractual position. The successful candidate will manage the prepping and in-person instruction of an advanced histology course, including histopathology, combining both undergraduate and graduate levels, emphasizing hands-on technical training and tissue analysis.
