*Job Description* Join an innovative Digital Solutions team as a MyWall Project Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in expanding a patient-facing digital platform across inpatient units. You will lead the operational and logistical components of this expansion, ensuring seamless implementation and coordination across various teams. *Responsibilities* * Coordinate all activities required to implement MyWall across new inpatient units, emergency departments, ICUs, and spaces undergoing construction. * Oversee hardware needs: partner with desktop engineering to order devices, confirm software images, ensure installation, test functionality, and validate readiness. * Track shipments, delivery status, and onsite logistics to ensure all hardware arrives and is deployed correctly. * Serve as the primary onsite coordinator 4 days/week across multiple locations. * Partner closely with nursing leadership, desktop teams, telecom, network engineering, operations, communications, and other IT product groups. * Gather, document, and confirm all vendor and hardware requirements for each expansion. * Maintain the expansion roadmap and escalate blockers to the MyWall Product Manager. * Train nursing teams and operations staff on MyWall functionality prior to go live. * Clearly communicate the value of MyWall to clinical and operational partners; provide demos, walkthroughs, and Q&A sessions. * Represent the MyWall platform onsite - ensuring teams understand workflows, benefits, and how to leverage the system for improved patient experience. * Track requirements, timelines, risks, and decisions using tools such as Jira or ClickUp. * Document expansion progress, meeting outputs, and implementation steps. * Assist with process improvement and change management across expansion operations. * Validate that MyWall software loads properly on all devices and troubleshoot issues during testing. * Ensure all expansions meet quality expectations and that units are fully operational at launch. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree * Strong technical skills, with experience in desktop support or IT technical roles * Prior healthcare experience preferred, with comfort working alongside clinical staff * Familiarity with healthcare technologies, such as WOW carts or other clinical tools * Experience leading projects that involve both hardware (devices, kiosks) and software solutions * Ability to assess site readiness for MyWall installations and adapt plans accordingly * Strong project leadership skills, with a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams * Excellent communication skills to engage both technical teams and clinical staff * Ability to travel frequently between sites and work primarily on-site *Why Work Here?* Join a prestigious healthcare organization where your work will have a direct impact on improving patient experiences.
