Description -Will be supporting Back Up Care team (classified as Customer Care Specialist) -Work with a number of client companies (these are employees of the clients that they partner with) -Will be taking inbound calls from employees at their client and/or placing outbound calls to internal networks (child care centers or in home option) to help find a solution while they continue to work their normal day (will not be doing both / these two teams do not communicate except for internal notes in CRM) -The goal is to have the employee still be able to go to work and earn their pay check/hours for that day Skills Customer service, Support, Customer support, Troubleshooting, Call center Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST HAVE -High school diploma or equivalent required -Minimum 1-year customer service, help-desk, and/or call center experience -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to document content of phone conversations accurately -Exceptional organizational and time management skills, in addition to, the ability to work closely with other team members and departments -Typing proficiencies of 35 wpm/and above average data entry skills preferred -Proficient in basic Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills (copy, paste, etc.) -Ability and willingness to learn and gain proficiency in new software systems -Ability to determine needs of the caller and obtain necessary information without following a scripted process Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Broomfield, CO.
