Schedule: Part-time; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM This Office Administrator supports the Residential and Outpatient Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) Programs located in Pottsville and Coal Township. The role is primarily based in Pottsville, with one designated workday per week in Coal Township, and requires approximately 4-6 hours per day. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient daily operations across both program locations. Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service, supporting billing processes, and reviewing records for all programs at both locations. The Office Administrator also assists the directors by preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and providing critical information to support program performance and organizational goals.
