Overview TRC Companies (TRC) is a national engineering and energy efficiency consulting firm that provides integrated services to the energy, environmental, and infrastructure markets across the United States. TRC isseekinga dynamic and experiencedField & Safety Associate Project Managerto lead the coordination and execution of complex projects and program offerings.This position focuses on managing project deliverables, ensuring data accuracy, and implementing quality assurance procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, the ability tocoordinatecross-functional teams, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment with projectobjectives. TheField and SafetyAssociateProject Manager willlead our field efforts overseeing our subcontractor, managing program inventory,developingandmaintainingfield processes and tools,promotingbest practices for field operations,and upholdingsafety laws,regulationsand protocols.This positionis responsible foroverseeing the technical aspects of the program,maintainingtechnical tools, performing technical reviews of projects,andconductingproject scoping.This position supports ourLouisvilleGas and Electric and Kentucky UtilitiesIncomeQualifiedSolutions Program forsinglefamilyandmultifamily customers. This position willact as a liaison between our subcontractors and theprogramteam.Internally, they will work with our operations, outreach, IT,management,and support teams to achievetheclient's energy efficiency and decarbonization goals. Externally, they will oversee our subcontractor's team of field auditors and installers to ensure the program participants ofsingle-familyhomeowners and multifamily residential dwellers receive a positive respectful experience with the program. This position will alsobe responsibleforperformingQA/QC for projects to ensure that the products were installed correctly and abide by program standards. As a liaison between the program team and our subcontractors, they will forecast the equipment we need to order based on the program pipeline and the installers'schedules. The position willensure thatall staff in the field will undergopropertraining and procedures periodically and that all field staff are accountable for upholding safety in the field. The ideal candidate hasstrong communicationskills tocoordinate efforts between internal and external stakeholders to promote program success. Theywill have a strong understanding ofresidentialbuilding optimization andenergy efficiencytechnologies. They will need the technical knowledge and experience to be a subject matter expert tooversee andQA/QC projects.The ideal candidate will have experience working withincome-qualified, hard-to-reach, disadvantaged communities, or affordable housing, and understand how to approach this community with sensitivity and respect. They will have a collaborative mentality andbe ableto work well with a cross-functional team to promote positive culture andultimately achieveprogram goals.The ideal candidate is passionateforthe sustainability and energy industry and excited to contribute to energy equity in the local communities. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
