Spectra Tech, Inc. is hiring a Financial Analyst* in Coconut Beach, Florida* Position Overview This Financial Analyst role supports business profitability by providing accurate and timely financial information, reporting, and analysis. The position works closely with Accounting & Finance, IT, and other functional leaders to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and support best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation and development of financial statements Collaborate with leadership and finance teams to: Understand key variance drivers Project impacts on financial forecasts Communicate financial narratives and recommendations Provide financial and operational decision support Analyze: Accounts Sales data Production data Financial trends Assist with reconciliation of: Cash disbursement accounts Payroll accounts Customer accounts Other financial accounts Support annual audit activities by gathering required documentation and account information Assist with: Cost accounting analysis Manufacturing variance analysis Bank compliance reporting Prepare and manage daily reporting Support and analyze KPIs Execute ad-hoc financial analysis Assist with: Financial planning Budgeting Forecasting Support automation initiatives and projects involving artificial intelligence (AI) Perform other related duties as assigned Educational Requirements BA/BS degree in: Accounting Finance Or related field with coursework through intermediate accounting Experience Requirements 0-1 year of Finance experience preferred Ability to: Resolve conflicts and discrepancies professionally Work independently and take initiative Partner with cross-functional teams to drive results Identify risks and opportunities Leverage best practices Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills At Spectra Tech, Inc., our recruitment team is powered by real people in real time-personally reviewing every application with care and integrity.
