- Own the development and application of Triumph's social media footprint for the freight broker segment (content calendar and delivery).
- Lead the execution of omnichannel campaigns including digital, social, email, radio and print.
- Project management of automation initiatives, creative asset production in support of lead generation and lifecycle marketing.
- Deployment of thought leadership and industry focused content for traditional and digital channels, (ex. white papers/eBooks, blogs)
- Support the execution of company owned and industry led events. (ex. tradeshows, owned customer-facing events)
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to inform optimization and future planning.
Strategy & Planning
- Participate in the development and execution of annual marketing and communication plans.
- Ensure close alignment with Sales, Product, Client Experience, and Partnership teams.
- Communicate marketing strategies internally to ensure alignment prior to launch.
Experience & Education
- 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with demonstrated success in executing integrated marketing programs.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/business, advertising, communication or related field required.
- Proven project management experience, including coordination with multiple vendors, partners, and agencies.
- Strong understanding of how to apply marketing principles in a modern B2B environment.
Skills & Abilities
- A self-starter with a strategic perspective and ability to execute.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Effective communicator who demonstrates tact, diplomacy, and sound judgment.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with management platforms. Wrike is preferred but not required.
Work Environment
- Moderate noise environment typical of a business office.
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Occasional standing, walking, kneeling, or light lifting.
- Regular, predictable in-office attendance required.
