Job Description:

  • High-Volume Sourcing: Actively map the market and aggressively search for targeted, technical, and diverse talent across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, CRM, and niche industrial databases).

  • Unified Brand Outreach ("Ghost Sourcing"): Manage initial candidate engagement via highly attractive emails, InMails, and targeted marketing campaigns. To present a unified front, all initial outreach will be executed strategically under a collaborative "Air Liquide Recruiting Team" alias rather than an individual name.

  • Intake Collaboration: Attend role intake meetings alongside Full-Cycle Recruiters, take detailed notes, and align on exact candidate personas, technical requirements, and market realities.

  • Pipeline Management: Monitor response rates, manage initial candidate messaging, and hand off warm, interested leads to the designated Full-Cycle Recruiter for in-depth screening and assessment.

  • Data Integrity: Keep accurate, real-time records of sourcing channels and candidate stages within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM

Required Education:

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Required Length & Type of Experience:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated talent sourcing experience, ideally within industrial gases, chemical manufacturing, oil & gas, engineering, or heavy logistics.

  • US Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with the US talent landscape, geography, and sourcing channels is strictly required (applicable to both US and Canada-based applicants).

  • Sourcing Toolkit: Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search strings, talent mapping techniques, and modern ATS/CRM systems.

  • Communication Style: Outstanding written communication skills with a proven track record of writing compelling, high-conversion outreach emails. Ability to adapt your writing style to match the corporate voice.

  • Operational Agility: Highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and enthusiastic about participating in a new operational model test
