And when they do, our claims department is right there, investigating and evaluating claims: and then negotiating settlements that are fair to our customers and our company. As an Inside Home Property Adjuster, you will conduct investigations over the phone of various property claims perils, from water, to wind and hail losses, to complex fire claims, and everything in between. You will determine coverage by applying provisions of policy contracts in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality procedures. You will leverage your own investigation and technical skills, our vendors, our customers, and their representatives, to review photographs, inspection reports, obtain police or fire reports and other statements, and ensure that we provide a fair and accurate settlement within the confines of the policy. Use your people skills and business smarts to provide excellent customer service by communicating with policyholders, claimants, their representatives and vendors to promptly resolve problems. The salary range is $58,926-$88,421. Actual compensation will be based on job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including medical and financial benefits, paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick leave, and personal days), and eligibility for the company's performance sharing plan. Travel - Occasional travel is required for Catastrophe Duty. | |
