Duties: Test and coordinate testing for all Soft-Pak related software. Plan and create conditions and procedures for testing enhancements to software. Perform all needed testing to ensure overall quality and consistency of product. Document testing results and report back identified defects. Evaluate new software enhancements to determine appropriate testing producers. Coordinate with other departments for secondary review of new features. Apply problem solving skills to determine the best techniques and methods for testing processes. Assist as needed with documentation review and perform documentation updates relating to new software enhancements as requested. Create and maintain "real-world" testing environment reflective of end-user usage. Provide recommendations and feedback to Product Management team regarding optimal user experience. Preparation relating to version releases and establish beta test sites. Design and develop automation scripts for regression testcases. Telecommuting permitted up to 40%. Domestic (U.S.) travel is required up to 10% for training and business meetings.

Requirements: Position requires a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field and three (3) years of experience in experience in the job offered or in a Quality Assurance Engineer I, Digital-related occupation.

Position requires demonstrable experience with the following: Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and established QA methodologies, supporting highquality software delivery; Handson experience performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including SQL-based data validation, API testing, and functional verification across integrated systems; Working knowledge of the RPG programming language to perform backend data validations using IBM WRKQRY; Demonstrating knowledge of AS/400 (IBM iSeries) for backend validation, database integrity checks, and batch job monitoring; Skilled in developing and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, and endtoend testing; Experienced in project and defect management using tools such as Jira, Zephyr Scale, or similar QA management platforms; Demonstrable experience in automation testing, including creating maintainable and scalable automation scripts using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort; Experience in REST API testing using Postman or similar tools for validating request/response accuracy and backend business logic; Demonstrable experience using cloud based technologies, including AWS. Telecommuting permitted up to 40%. Domestic (U.S.) travel is required up to 10% for training and business meetings.
