The Practice Management Business Lead is responsible for developing and managing programs, services, and support that help advisors and firms successfully build, grow, and transition their businesses within Northwestern Mutual. This role focuses on defining needs, shaping solutions, and driving collaboration across the field and home office to deliver meaningful practice management support to growing practices and teams across the system. In doing so, it requires creative thinking, a continuous improvement mindset and strong relationship-building skills to successfully execute practice management priorities and evolve organizational capabilities. Compensation Range: Pay Range - Start: $118,960.00Pay Range - End: $178,440.00Geographic Specific Pay Structure: Structure 110: $130,880.00 USD - $196,320.00 USDStructure 115: $136,800.00 USD - $205,200.00 USDWe believe in fairness and transparency.
