Pay Rate: $25.43

The ideal candidate will work in teams of 2 or 3 people. Two of them lift an encased coil spring mattress assembly (50 lbs. each) from the floor and place it onto the waist high table. The semi-rigid foam pieces, which are pre-cut, are inserted into the perimeter of the spring assembly and are hot-glued together. The process is repeated approximately 20 times per hour for a 4-person team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Work close with team to create a flow
• Lift an encased coil spring mattress assembly (50 lbs. each) from the floor and place it onto the waist-high table
• The semi-rigid foam pieces which are pre-cut are inserted into the perimeter of the spring assembly and are hot glued together
• The process is repeated approximately 20 times per hour for a 3-person team

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand for a minimum of several hours per day
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to lift up-to 50 lbs.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts
• Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per day or longer in overtime situations, as required
