Responsibilities The Federal Contracts & Compliance Manager will own and manage federal contract administration and regulatory compliance, including GSA Schedule management, FAR/GSAM interpretation, protests, audits, and contractual risk advisory. This role is the authoritative internal resource on federal contracting rules and enforcement exposure. Duties of the Federal Contracts & Compliance Manager will include the following: Federal Contracts & GSA Schedule Management
Serve as owner of the organization's GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract(s).
Compliance & Regulatory Advisory (FAR / GSAM / Agency Supplements)
Legal, Audit & Protest Support
Ethics, Integrity & Risk
Pre-Award & Proposal Support
