General Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman (Journeyman) to lead crews on residential multi-family construction projects in the Fayetteville, AR area. The ideal candidate will oversee daily electrical operations, ensure work is completed safely and according to NEC standards, and help drive project success through strong leadership and communication. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on multi-family construction projects Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications Ensure installations meet NEC, company, and OSHA standards Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needs Maintain project schedules and quality standards Promote and enforce safe work practices on job sites Communicate effectively with supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades Train and mentor apprentices and crew members Complete required reports and documentation Perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Education None Minimum Years of Experience 2-4 Specific Qualifications Qualifications Active Arkansas Journeyman Electrical License required Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in multi-family construction Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate effectively and interpret blueprints Valid driver's license Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and required safety training Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work at heights Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Work Environment This position works primarily on active residential multi-family construction sites in a fast-paced environment with exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and construction conditions. PPE and adherence to all safety standards are required.
