Zayo is seeking a Manager, Network Construction to be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the fiber construction teams within an assigned geographic area. These area-based teams all perform their duties within the service territory and focus on vendor management, work order execution, construction, and restoration of Zayo fiber networks and services that are consistent with all defined standard operating processes and procedures. OurManager, Network of Construction works with all cross-functional areas on improving the quality of processes, deliverables, and the end-to-end customer experience. Common activities will involve area data identification, collection, analysis, and reporting; along with understanding operational business functions and processes. Each fiber construction team is expected to maintain open communication across all areas of the business and work as a unit with consistency while building, implementing, and restoring or maintaining services; cognizant of fostering the vision and values of Zayo. OurManager of Network Construction is accountable for delivering key KPIs for their area of responsibility including but not limited to fiber complete for small cell and installed enterprise revenue. *Location: Open to working remotely within the state of Arizona with preference for candidates residing in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. Reports to: District Manager of Construction/Engineering Title(s) of direct reports includes but not limited to: Supervisor Fiber Construction, Senior Fiber Construction Manager, Fiber Construction Manager, Operations Coordinator Working Conditions: Could be required to travel to project sites with exposure to heavy equipment and environmental conditions up to 10% of the time. Traditionally however, works in a normal office setting with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions 90% of the time. Estimated Base Pay Range: $77,100 - $110,400 USD/annually The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan. Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
