| Primary Description of Work |
Generate and administer non-credit educational offerings (extension classes, workshops) in support of
UNCSA mission. |

| Description of Responsibilities and Duties |
Financial: Budgeting for 3 community programs and 7 Summer Intensives, plus C&SP office budget. Execute or supervise daily deposits exceeding $2 million annually; timeliness and accuracy are paramount. Proactive in correcting errors, establishing guidelines/procedures for new revenue streams. Execute or supervise purchasing transactions, reporting and reconciliation, both in p-card and purchase order systems. Execute or supervise collections of all fees in a timely fashion. Process daily deposits.
Program management: Liaison to Summer Intensive program directors for budget and hiring. Set up classes in
ASAP registration system for all programs. Develop procedures for online registration systems and online class scheduling, anticipating customer question. Make suggestions for software and procedure improvements.
Communications, Marketing and Customer Service: Maintain friendly and helpful verbal and written communications. Proactively trouble-shoot enrollment or registration issues for program artistic directors. Develop and execute new marketing approaches. Maintain mail and email lists, email communications, and assist with online marketing as needed. Assist program directors with maintaining and developing social media accounts.
Support Community Programs operations: enrollment, scheduling, collections support, serving as registrar for community programs. Provide on-campus support to Community Program directors at recitals, camps, and other events. Establish office procedures and make recommendations for improvement. Oversee hiring process for temporary employees and independent contractors for all programs with a high degree of follow-through and attention to detail. |
| Minimum Qualifications |
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |
| Preferred Qualifications |
Undergraduate degree, proficiency in standard office software, minimum 5 years' experience in a position related to public programs and/or the arts. Experience with
UNCSA systems desired. Arts background helpful. |
