Overview

Provide agency services-including account bank, collateral agent, administrative agent, and trustee functions-across a diverse portfolio of project finance and structured finance transactions. In addition, the role includes responsibility for oversight of key portfolio governance, review processes, and control functions to ensure compliance with internal standards and transaction documentation.

What You'll Do

Client Service

  • Support the management of a broad range of complex transactions for domestic and international clients across the energy and infrastructure sectors
  • Trust and agency funds processing in accordance with transaction documentation (Fedwire, SWIFT, and ACH)
  • Monitor transactions to ensure borrower compliance with reporting obligations and key provisions under governing legal agreements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal and account information across internal systems and platforms
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external parties, including borrowers, lenders, and legal counsel, to support transaction execution and resolution of inquiries
  • Participate in and assist with escalations, coordinating with Transaction Management, product head, and external counsel as required
  • Deliver a consistently high standard of client service, ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism

Oversight functions

  • Review and sign off on annual portfolio review processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal controls
  • Review and execute transaction-related documentation, including new deals, amendments, waivers, and terminations
  • Provide oversight for deal lifecycle events, including setup, ongoing administration, and termination activities
  • Partner with internal control functions, including Operations, Business Control, and Compliance, to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
  • Participate in governance forums, oversight meetings, and control-related committees, contributing to risk management and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills You'll Need

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across functions and seniority levels
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply complex legal documentation and internal procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to balance detailed execution with broader portfolio oversight responsibilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Prior experience in project finance, structured finance, or corporate trust is preferred but not required

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York is $85,000 -$146,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
