MRM is looking for anSr. Account Executiveto join our team! As an Sr. Account Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring and guiding the execution of all work that is delivered from the agency. You will provide excellent client service, applying the agency's best resources and effectively managing people across departments to ensure that programs are flawlessly executed on-time and within scope.

In This Role, You Will:

Manage the execution of multi-channel marketing communications programs that can include email, direct mail, digital, web, event, and other marketing communications.

Client partnership:

  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients

  • Develop deeper understanding of the client's business by actively learning and understanding the client's business, products and competitive environment.

  • Develop rapport and partnering relationship with key clients. Build the relationship by demonstrating genuine sense of responsibility and passion for the success of the business

  • Work with clients to develop client input briefs/work orders for projects

  • Understand fast-paced nature of business and positively respond to last minute client requests

Program Management, Project Execution, and Internal Partnerships:

  • Ensure flawless execution of projects

  • Schedule and run project/internal creative kick off meetings

  • Manage program development of multiple projects and versions

  • Work with Strategy team and assist Supervisor with strategy development and planning

  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with internal teams

  • Coordinate with print producer and project managers to develop print, email and digital schedules.

  • Partner with print producer/project manager during the production and testing phases of project development.

  • Manage and maintaining project schedules to ensure completion on time. Surface any unresolved timing or resource issues with Account Leadership

  • Manages project estimates to ensure projects stay on budget. Assist supervisors with accruals or budget reporting as needed.

Presentation and Organic Business Growth

  • Assist Supervisor in development of presentations for both internal and client presentation

  • Assist in creating presentations, POV's, test planning, etc.

What We Are Looking For:

  • University degree (ideally in marketing / business studies)

  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in agency environment in a client service role. Solid CRM, Digital or automotive experience is preferred.

  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Excel

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines across multiple projects and display strong organizational skills

  • Ability to transfer knowledge from project-to-project

  • Well organized

  • Shows initiative and desire to learn

  • Handles assigned work requests in efficient, timely manner

  • Has strong client relationship experience and is driven to deliver the best work for our clients

  • Can successfully complete projects without assistance

  • Understanding of established program KPIs and analytics and ability to apply learnings to enhance future programs

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

  • Use sound and logical judgment

  • Displays strong problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
