Role Overview

TrackVia is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Federal Government market. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic federal opportunities while helping establish TrackVia's long-term federal go-to-market presence.

The ideal candidate understands consultative federal selling, long-cycle enterprise opportunities, systems integrator and channel engagement, and navigating complex multi-stakeholder government environments. This role will work closely with leadership, Solutions Consulting, Product, and strategic partners to align TrackVia's platform capabilities to operational modernization initiatives across federal agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business growth across targeted federal agencies and departments
  • Develop and manage strategic account and territory plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with federal stakeholders, systems integrators, and strategic partners
  • Lead complex federal sales cycles from prospecting through close
  • Prospect and generate pipeline through outbound activity, partner engagement, and networking
  • Develop expertise and effectively communicate around TrackVia's core use cases, operational workflows, and customer value proposition
  • Partner closely with Solutions Consulting and leadership during discovery, demonstrations, and technical evaluations
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene, forecasting, and operational discipline
  • Contribute market feedback regarding customer needs, competitive dynamics and emerging use cases
  • Collaborate closely across Product, Marketing, and Solutions Consulting to improve federal positioning and messaging
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene, forecasting and operational discipline

  • Build executive-level relationships with operational, IT, and business stakeholders
  • Operate with urgency, accountability, and a highly collaborative mindset
Ideal Background
  • 7+ years of SaaS or enterprise software sales experience within the federal market
  • Based in the DC Metro area
  • Experience selling into civilian, defense, or operational federal agencies
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement and acquisition processes
  • Existing relationships with federal buyers, systems integrators, or strategic partners preferred
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation capabilities
  • Experience managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales opportunities
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Comfortable operating in high-growth and transformation-stage environments
