Driver/Warehouse Waco, TX Pay : $19.00 per hour Job Summary The Delivery Driver is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. Drivers support warehouse operations, assist with loading and unloading items, and maintain positive relationships with customers. This role requires safe driving practices, physical ability to handle packages, and strong organizational and communication skills. Job Responsibilities Ensure timely delivery of products to customers Assist warehouse staff with preparing items for delivery, including packing and sorting by delivery route Transport return items from customers to the warehouse as needed Assist with restocking shelves when required Interact professionally with customers and provide information as needed Ensure customer service expectations are consistently met Obtain any required safety certifications for specific customer contracts Job Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean record; no DUI convictions in the past 3 years and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years Strong driving skills and safe driving record Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move items up to 100 lbs.
