Director, AI Advisory

Key Responsibilities
AI Enablement & Transformation
* Identify opportunities to apply AI to business processes across operations and client-facing functions.
* Partner with business leaders to redesign workflows and operating models to support AI-enabled ways of working.
* Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical use cases that improve productivity, insight generation, and client service.
* Support the design and implementation of AI pilots and scaled deployments across the organization.
Process Engineering & Operational Excellence
* Analyze and document existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and optimization.
* Lead process improvement initiatives that prepare teams for AI adoption.
* Build repeatable frameworks and methodologies for AI enablement that can be used internally and with clients.
Strategic Initiatives
* Partner with members of the Executive Leadership Team to advance enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
* Lead cross-functional projects with clear deliverables, driving workstreams from concept through implementation.
* Develop business cases and implementation plans for AI and operational transformation initiatives.
Client Engagement (Future Capability)
* Support emerging client-facing AI advisory engagements.
* Work with client teams to identify high-value AI use cases and enable practical implementation.
* Translate internal AI transformation learnings into scalable consulting capabilities.
Executive Support & Thought Leadership
* Prepare executive-level materials for leadership discussions and key strategic decisions.
* Conduct research and analysis on emerging AI capabilities, operating models, and best practices.
* Contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership around AI-enabled business transformation.
Leadership Development.
* Work closely with senior sponsors and functional leaders across the firm.
* Complete a capstone project addressing a critical AI or transformation initiative.

Candidate Profile
* Bachelors and/or MBA with strong academic performance
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, technology, investment banking, private equity, product management, or military leadership.
* Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and technology-enabled business transformation.
* Experience working on complex cross-functional initiatives or transformation programs.
* Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to translate complex concepts into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
