Brown and Caldwell has an exciting opportunity for an Associate-level Engineer to join our Technology Market Sector team. In this role, you will work closely with and be mentored by other engineers, project managers, and client service managers to support the environmental engineering needs for large water, wastewater, and water reuse infrastructure for development of new data centers and other industrial projects across the United States. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growth-oriented professional consulting company. The successful candidate will support the advancement of the firm's prominence through application of the best technical, project management and client services practices. The Associate Industrial Water Engineerrole performs a broader range of environmental engineering tasks related to the analysis, planning, and development of solutions that promote environmental protection, water use sustainability, and responsible water resource management. Working under general supervision of a professional engineer, this role contributes to technical work that improves environmental and public health outcomes across natural and engineered systems. This engineering position addresses environmental and public health protection, mitigation, and prevention of degradation of water, soils, air quality, and habitats. This role may work in one or more diverse areas including water and wastewater treatment and conveyance, stormwater management, solid waste management, hazardous waste management, and related areas.This role conductsanalysis, planning, modeling, and design of treatment systems, preparing results, recommendations, plan sets, and other engineering deliverables. Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education.
