Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your Verification and Validation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates. You'll ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Computer-Based Train Control (CBTC) systems by implementing and executing Verification, Integration, and Test activities. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Test & Commissioning, and Design teams), contribute to the development and execution of the V&V strategy, and collaborate with the Verification & Validation Manager on scheduling, budgeting, and progress reporting-and much more. We'll look to you for:
Contributing to the definition of the Project Verification and Validation strategy in the V&V Plan, and acting proactively for its implementation ,
Defining verification methodology for selected deliverables, when requested from V&V strategy ,You'll specifically take care of working with the V&V Test team involved in a set of Computer Based Train Control (CBTC) projects, but also ensuring quality targets and repeatable test performance.

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field ,
Experience or understanding of Verification and Validation (V&V) activities, including Software/System/Integration Testing ,
Familiarity with project execution and management in a collaborative environment ,
Knowledge of Computer-Based Train Control (CBTC) systems or similar rail signaling technologies ,
Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with cross-functional and international teams ,
Organizational and time-management skills ,
Decision-making and problem-solving abilities ,
Experience in working with configuration and change management tools ,
Ability to analyze and provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement ,
A mindset focused on quality, resilience, and adaptability to meet performance goals such as DQI (Delivery Quality Indicator) and CPI (Coverage Progress Indicator)
