Creates a positive new team member experience by delivering and managing an exceptional onboardingprogram that ensures the successful integration of new team members into the culture. Ensures a positiveonboarding experience helping to establish the company as an employer of choice and executing high quality,engaging onboarding programs. Conducts program management and communicates with leaders at all levels;coordinates program logistics, facilitation, and measurement to identify opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities
* Administers the onboarding process, ensuring all new hires receive the necessary resources and informationfor a seamless integration into the company. Required Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Specialized Degree: Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field Years of Experience: 2-4 years Preferred Education & Experience
Licenses/Certificates: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR). Years of Experience: 5-7 Years Field of Expertise: None Spans of Control
