Southwire's CableTechSupport Services Engineering team plays a mission-critical role in supporting the rapid growth of residential, commercial, industrial, OEM, and utility markets across North America and globally. Operating under the Re mission-Respond, Rectify, and Restore electrical systems with Reinforced, Resilient, and Reliable solutions-the CableTechSupport Services group delivers best-in-class technical consultation, field support, and service innovation. We are seeking a visionary Director of CableTechSupport Services Engineering to lead the strategic direction, execution, and expansion of Southwire's technical services and solutions. This role will oversee a high-performing team of engineers, drive innovation across emerging vertical markets, and serve as a key technical advisor to internal stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, a strong commercial mindset, and a proven ability to scale engineering capabilities that directly impact business growth. Key Responsibilities
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree Specialized Degree: Electrical Engineering or related field 8-11 Years of Experience Field(s) of Expertise:
Preferred Education & Experience
Master's degree Specialized Degree: Electrical Engineering or related field 12-14 Years of Experience Field(s) of Expertise:
Certificates/Licenses: PE or PMP Spans of Control
