Pay From: $180,000 per year

MUST:

Director of Finance

CPA or Master of Business Administration (MBA) required

Active Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).

Direct experience managing transitions between small business status and full-and-open competitive environments.

Experience in Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team, overseeing general ledger, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and revenue recognition under ASC 606.

Presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, KPI dashboards, and cash flow analyses to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.

Exp. with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Unanet) to ensure robust, compliant reporting.

Exp working with Business Development and Proposals teams to lead financial pricing strategies for competitive FAA solicitations.

Exp in developing complex pricing models, basis of estimates (BOEs), and cost narratives that maximize profitability while remaining highly competitive.

Exp with Acquisition Management System (AMS), and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).

Exp leading preparation for, and serve as the primary point of contact for, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and DCMA audits (including forward pricing rates, provisional billing rates, and annual incurred cost submissions).

Knowledgeable with monitoring and manage compliance regarding subcontracting limitations and Small Business Administration (SBA) guidelines where applicable.

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) exp the company's annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.

Exp with developing, maintain, and negotiating competitive Forward Pricing Rate Agreements (FPRA) or provisional billing rates to optimize indirect cost recovery (Fringe, Overhead, G&A).

Provide strategic financial analysis for corporate growth, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and teaming arrangements

Exceptional understanding of indirect rate structures and cost pool allocations.

Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical program execution and corporate financial objectives.

Impeccable analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Degree required preferably MBA
