Description Medical Group PracticesNursing/Clinical Support For a limited time MaineHealth is offering sign on bonuses for Medical Assistants: The Palliative Care Medical Assistant plays a key role in our outpatient practice located in Scarborough, ME. The MA is part of an interdisciplinary team that cares for patients and supports families through complex illnesses. Palliative care focuses on quality of life and helps align the individual's medical care with their goals and priorities. The MA fosters a compassionate environment and is instrumental in the patient experience and operations of the clinic. This is a 36-hour position with no holidays or weekends and may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule after successful completion of onboarding, based on departmental needs and leadership approval.
