Based in our New York headquarters, the Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to newsroom leadership, managing complex schedules and priorities, coordinating meetings and travel, supporting special projects and facilitating coordination across teams and time zones. This role follows a hybrid work schedule with regular in-office collaboration with newsroom leadership. The successful candidate will exercise sound judgment, maintain strict confidentiality and anticipate needs in a dynamic 24/7 news operation.We are looking for someone who is solutions-oriented, detail-focused and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism and discretion. Salary & Benefits: Theanticipatedsalary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000, contingent on experience and other job-related factors. Employees are eligible toparticipate, according to the terms of the official plan documents, in a 401(k) plan and employer-sponsored health insurance plan and are eligible for paid time off and holidaysin accordance withAP policy.
