POSITION OVERVIEW: Routinely lead and manage teams and/or projects/programs for Executives. Provide guidance and support of projects to include the development, communication of strategy and monitoring overall execution. Plan, organize and coordinate various initiatives and provide guidance through the application of process and project management, QDM principles and analytical techniques. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support the strategic design, governance, and administration of enterprise-wide health and welfare benefit programs across North America, Canada and Mexico
- Manage financial oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives for employee benefits programs, while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, provincial and local regulations governing employee benefit programs.
- Lead vendor management, and enterprise relationships with benefits providers and external partners.
- Lead and develop a high-performing benefits team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Communications, and leadership to support enterprise priorities and employee experience initiatives.
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field plus seven (7) years of experience in benefits, human resources, finance, insurance, compliance, risk management or delivering comprehensive employee programs, with at least three (3) years in a managerial role
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-state and multi-country employee benefit programs.
- Strong knowledge of health and welfare plan design, funding arrangements, compliance, governance, and benefits administration.
- Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, claims analysis, and cost management strategies.
- Experience leading vendor management, contract negotiations, and RFP processes.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, benefits administration platforms, payroll integrations, and data governance practices.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex, matrixed environment.
