Basic Function: This role supports manufacturing by being proficient in all production processes, including operating specialized equipment, maintaining accurate production records, and assisting in process improvements to optimize product reliability and efficiency. They are responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting fiber optic connectors and related components to ensure they meet established performance and quality standards. Minimum Qualifications Required: Education & Experience: Two-year degree in electronics, mechanics, or industrial technology or 3 to 5 years equivalent experience Essential Skills, Abilities & Knowledge:
Working Conditions: While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and must be reasonably ambulatory. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
