You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Leading the development and execution of market launch strategies for new and enhanced products, applications, tools and programs
  • Managing cross-functional project plans to ensure successful and timely market launches aligned to business goals
  • Collaborating with product development, marketing, communications, sales, and distribution teams to bring solutions to market effectively
  • Monitoring performance metrics and sales ramp to evaluate launch success and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Adapting launch plans and tactics in response to changing timelines, updates, and market feedback
  • Building and maintaining market launch playbooks, tools, and knowledge bases to improve future launch effectiveness
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying best practices and introducing new ideas to enhance launch processes and outcome
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, product development, or launch-related roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading or owning product or program launches (not just supporting)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product development, marketing, and sales teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different timelines
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and positioning for new products or programs
  • Background in marketing, product development, or working within cross-functional launch environments
  • Experience working with dealer or indirect distribution channels (or similar go-to-market models)
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically to develop compelling launch strategies and measure impact
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Experience managing ambiguity and navigating changing priorities in dynamic environments
  • Experience working with global teams or contributing to launches across multiple regions
  • Graduate degree (e.g., MBA) or advanced marketing education
