Description Data Scientist 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI, including hands-on experience developing, deploying, and monitoring models in enterprise environments. Strong expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling, including supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, anomaly detection, experimentation, and model performance optimization. Strong programming skills in Python and/or R, with hands-on experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, or similar tools for model development and data processing. Ability to write production-quality code, reusable components, and scalable data pipelines. Strong experience with data preparation, transformation, feature engineering, and analysis across large, complex enterprise datasets. Experience with model documentation and model approval processes, including documenting model purpose, methodology, assumptions, data sources, feature definitions, validation results, limitations, monitoring approach, and governance controls. Experience supporting model risk, audit, compliance, and approval requirements in regulated or controlled environments. Experience with MLOps and model lifecycle management, including version control, reproducibility, model packaging, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and automation of data science workflows. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and automation practices for machine learning and AI solutions. This role is responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and compliant Copilot ecosystems that enable intelligent automation, conversational AI agents, and data-driven decision-making across Microsoft 365 and integrated enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities: Drive enterprise adoption of Copilot and AI agent solutions, enabling secure, scalable automation and intelligent digital workflows. Test, validate, and certify Copilot solutions to ensure functional accuracy, performance, and alignment with enterprise standards. Evaluate and modify governance, security, and compliance controls to support new Copilot feature releases and capabilities. Ensure secure and compliant deployments across regulated environments (e.g., GCC/GCC High), including identity, data access, and grounding controls. Establish and operate a governed Copilot platform (CoE model) to balance innovation with risk management and policy enforcement. Define and enforce standardized ALM and DevOps practices for Copilot solutions to reduce manual effort and minimize production risk. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to data exposure, model misuse, and non-compliant AI implementations. Design and validate RAG-based Copilot architectures, including grounding strategies across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and enterprise data sources. Build and test Copilot Studio agents, prompts, and orchestration workflows, ensuring reliability and reusability. Integrate Copilot solutions with enterprise systems (Graph API, Azure services, data platforms) while maintaining strict access controls. Implement and validate monitoring, logging, and audit frameworks for Copilot usage, performance, and compliance.
