This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting Blue Origin's Corporate Functions, which is comprised of Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Sales and Marketing. Combining your innovative spirit and recruiting acumen, you will help shape the future of human spaceflight by enabling Team Blue to acquire the talent that will solidify our vision of Millions of People Living and Working in Space! We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: oAct as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levels oDevelop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managers oDevelop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interview oFacilitate Recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interview loop and debrief for qualified applicants. oPartner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other members of Team Blue by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly check ins and candidate debriefs oPrepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches oDive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical and functional requirements of the requisitions and business units you will be supporting Minimum Qualifications: oBachelor's degree, or additional years of recruiting experience o3+ years of Recruiting experience to include Human Resources (HR4HR), Finance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing oStrong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders. Preferred Qualifications: oSales and/or customer service experience oProficiency with Workday oCombination of agency and corporate environment recruiting experience oDemonstrated success in passively prospecting technical professionals using a variety of platforms and methods oHigh volume recruiting experience oStartup experience Base Pay Range for: WA applicants is $91,852.00 - $128,592.45Other site ranges may differ Culture Statement Don't meet all desired requirements?
