The Regional Director of Trust and Advisory Services is a senior leader responsible for executing the growth, performance, and client engagement strategy for the Personal Trust advisory business within an assigned region. This role leads teams of Trust Relationship Managers, Trust Officers, and Wealth Advisors, with accountability for revenue growth, client retention, and relationship expansion across local markets. In addition to leading the regional team, the Regional Director maintains and actively manages a portfolio of client relationships, serving as a senior advisor and contributor to business development outcomes. This player-coach role balances personal production with team leadership to drive overall regional performance. Working in partnership with the Senior Director, the Regional Director translates business strategy into disciplined execution, reinforces sales and relationship management practices, and drives consistent performance across teams. This role actively engages in the market to strengthen client and referral partner relationships, while developing talent and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and risk expectations.What you'll do: Regional Business Performance
