Technical Fabricator Charlotte, NC Pay From: $140,000/ yr MUST Active clearance preferred or clearable to public trust Technical Fabricator 10+ yrs overall and 5-7 yrs experience , preferably with miliary background Experienced with planning building , repair, modify, design, and install cases, stands, covers, etc., for radio frequency (RF/VHF/UHF/ Microwave) devices, GPS devices, audio/video systems, covert devices, and other hardware that are used to conduct covert, surreptitious, and other surveillance operations. Experience in similar/relevant fabrication as detailed in 2.6. Proficient in industry accepted computer-aided design (CAD)/computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software and hardware. HS Diploma/GED. Currently enrolled in or graduated from course of education emphasizing precision fabrication DUTIES The role supports ATF video surveillance contract. Fabricates surveillance technology housings in support of Federal law enforcement criminal investigations Plan, build, repair, modify, design, and install cases, stands, covers, etc., for radio frequency (RF/VHF/UHF/ Microwave) devices, GPS devices, audio/video systems, covert devices, and other hardware that are used to conduct covert, surreptitious, and other surveillance operations.
