No manufacturing experience? No problem-we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Every day, you'll play an important role in producing quality pallet products that help keep goods moving across the country.

Job Summary

As a General Labor Team Member, you'll work alongside an experienced team to safely manufacture and prepare pallet products for our customers.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely handling lumber and pallet materials throughout the production process

  • Stacking finished products according to quality standards and customer specifications

  • Labeling and tagging materials accurately

  • Banding, bundling, and securing finished products for shipment

  • Operating hand tools such as staple guns and assisting with basic equipment troubleshooting

  • Moving materials throughout the facility and assisting with loading and unloading carts

  • Recording production information accurately

  • Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe

  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals

  • Participating in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Assisting with other tasks as required

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED is preferred but not required.

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in manufacturing and/or assembling is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of basic math preferred

  • High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay: $17.00/hour
